# Add your email signature

> Copy your Outlook or Gmail signature to include it in Untyped draft replies

  Please note that some signatures may not display correctly due to complex formatting or included media. If your signature isn't looking as expected, [contact us](/support) so we can help you get it
  set up.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Copy your signature">
    Copy your signature from a new email within Gmail/Outlook.
    <Warning>This does not work with plain text in existing mails - copy directly from the text field in the email editor or from your Email settings.</Warning>

  <Step title="Navigate to email settings">
    Open your dashboard and navigate to the signature section

    1. Open settings
    2. Click the 'mailboxes' dropdown
    3. Select the right mailbox
    4. Click 'Email settings'

  <Step title="Paste and activate">
    Paste your signature in the designated field and save it. It will be added to all new Untyped drafts from now on.
