Copy your signature

Copy your signature from a new email within Gmail/Outlook.
This does not work with plain text in existing mails - copy directly from the text field in the email editor or from your Email settings.

Navigate to email settings

Open your dashboard and navigate to the signature section
  1. Open settings
  2. Click the ‘mailboxes’ dropdown
  3. Select the right mailbox
  4. Click ‘Email settings’

Paste and activate

Paste your signature in the designated field and save it. It will be added to all new Untyped drafts from now on.
Make sure that the Email signature setting checkbox is enabled
