What We Collect

Email Data We access email content, metadata, labels, and thread relationships to power the AI features. Account Information Your name, email address, and account preferences help us personalize your experience. Generated Data Every draft, contact pattern, and rule configuration you create is stored to improve accuracy over time.
Your data trains your agent only. We don’t use your emails to train AI models for other users.

How We Use It

Your email data trains your AI agent on your unique communication style. This enables personalized draft responses, smart email categorization, and progressively better suggestions. We also collect minimal anonymous analytics. For more detailed diagnostics, we offer an optional diagnostic sharing feature you can enable in your settings.

  • Use your emails for marketing or training general AI models
  • Share data between users

Data Storage & Location

  • All data stored and processed in the European Economic Area (EEA)
  • Hosted on secure cloud infrastructure
  • Encrypted at rest and in transit
  • Data deleted within 30 days after account closure

AI Processing

We use third-party AI services to provide drafting and categorization features:
  • Processing happens within the EEA (Microsoft Azure)
  • AI providers operate under zero data retention
  • Your data is never used to train general AI models
  • You grant explicit consent when connecting your account

Data Sharing

We share data only with service providers necessary to run Untyped—cloud hosting, payment processing via Stripe, email notifications, and anonymized analytics. All providers follow strict data protection standards and are bound by confidentiality agreements.
